A Red Suit for a Black Dog

Created for Liana Henry, CEO of Black Dog Marcom, this tailored suit jacket was born out of necessity and precision. Liana had difficulty finding a bold-colored jacket that fit her unique measurements, so she came to me.

This custom garment is a classic single-button suit jacket with a rolled lapel, welt pockets, a back vent, and fish-eye darts to contour the waist. Constructed from an Italian silk-wool blend (50/50), it’s structured with horsehair interfacing and finished with a smooth polyester-rayon lining. The result? A power piece that commands the room while honoring fit, fabric, and personal flair.
